Chip first joined Toastmasters in 1992 and has been a member of  a number of different clubs since.

He has dealt with the Late Effects of Polio for the last thirty-five years and is now in a power wheelchair, which he likes to call his six-wheel ATV. As with most people, life has thrown him his share of curves. Chip always finds a way to prosper and find the good in pretty much every situation.
